Design Wall Monday

I started this quilt on Wednesday to battle the frigid atmosphere...

Fruit Loops, 70 x 81
Based on the pattern Island Chain from Kim Brackett's book, "Scrap-Basket Sensations."

I'm still waiting for the weather to warm up as forecasted. I saw Fairbanks made national news with it's temps...-57F on Saturday.

-57 wow, hard to imagine! The coldest I have seen was around -25 in Idaho 30 years ago when we lived there - it seemed like once it was below 10 I couldn't tell a difference!
